Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where people dance without a set choreography, guided only by the music and their inner impulse. It is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and phone-free space designed to facilitate authentic self-expression, community connection, and personal transformation through movement.
Events typically last 2-3 hours and include a warm-up phase, a peak, and a cool-down. No dance experience is required — the only rule is to move in a way that feels true to you while respecting others' space.
