Sexual Healing & Dearmouring

There is a language the body has always known, long before words could reach it: a language of touch, of breath, of the places in ourselves we rarely let anyone meet directly. This is the work Susanne Roursgaard holds through The Gaia Method, using a technique called BEDST: soft, conscious touch, woven with breath, sound and movement, offered across the whole body. Nothing in it is one-directional.
Each person practises as both giver and receiver, learning as much about receiving as about offering care to another.

This August, that work takes the form of Sexual Healing & Dearmouring, six days together in Zelhem, Netherlands, running for the last time in this particular format.
